This site is located at the starting point of downtown Ulsan, where it meets the Taehwa River, emphasizing harmonious interaction between urban and riverside landscapes. It proposes architectural solutions that facilitate mutual communication and expansion, rather than creating barriers through construction. Instead of responding to short-term or superficial trends, it designs facades that embrace diverse narratives with a simple grid pattern, aiming to create a timeless landscape that evolves over time and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding scenery. The design incorporates vertical ascension and diverse mass variations, emphasizing concepts of segmented facade and contrast.
이 대지는 울산 원도심의 시작점으로, 태화강변과 인접한 위치에 자리하고 있습니다. 도시와 강의 경관이 조화롭게 어우러지는 것을 중시하여, 서로 소통하며 확장될 수 있는 건축적 솔루션을 제안합니다. 단순한 그리드 패턴이 아닌 다양한 이야기를 담은 입면을 디자인하여, 단기적이고 표면적인 유행에 반응하기보다는 시간이 지나도 변하지 않는 풍경을 만들어냈습니다. 이 입면은 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하며, 주변 경관과 조화를 이루는 틀의 역할을 합니다. 수직적 상승감과 다양한 형태의 매스를 통해 입면을 구성하였습니다.
