Using the volume of the north-south irradiation line, it is designed from a simple mass consisting of horizontal/vertical to an aesthetic mass, and the diagonal space is used as an attic and warehouse to maximize storage space.
Linked Floor
Rather than stacking individual spaces, it is composed of spaces that are connected and communicated to create a variety of spatial senses, and synergy between programs and harmony between users are promoted.
Community place
An open space is planned for users to use freely at any time by allowing facilities such as cafes and toilets to be directly accessible from the outside by separating them from the movement of facility officials.
Flag Facade
Considering the relationship with the surrounding facilities, the closed area is planned to prevent privacy infringement, but the oblique wall is planned as an architectural device for lighting and illumination.
정북일조사선에 의한 볼륨을 활용하여 수평/수직으로 이루어진 단순한 매스에서 효율적이고 미학적인 매스로 디자인하고 사선 공간을 다락 및 창고로 활용하여 수납공간을 극대화
Linked Floor
개별적 공간의 적층이 아닌 연계되고 소통되는 공간으로 구성하여 다양한 공간감을 연출하고, 프로그램 간의 시너지와 사용자의 화합을 도모
Community place
카페, 화장실 등 시설을 시설관계자 동선과 구분하여 외부에서 직접 출입이 가능하도록 함으로써 이용자가 언제라도 자유롭게 이용할 수 있도록 열린 공간을 계획
Flag Facade
주변 시설과의 관계를 고려하여 프라이버시 침해를 막기 위해 닫힌 부분을 계획하되 채광 및 조도를 위한 건축적 장치로서 사선벽을 계획
