단단하고 굳건한 신뢰의 BOX 매스 속에 플랫폼의 공간을 제안한다. 다양한 분야를 위한 시간의 변화에 대응하는 유동적이며 미래지향적인 친환경 오피스공간이다. 플랫폼적 공간은 건축배치의 가장 중심공간에 자연의 중정공간을 계획하여 각 사업분야의 영역을 자유롭게 조정하며, 다양한 방식으로 통폐합 할 수 있는 가능성을 갖는다. 건축의 공간, 매스, 스킨의 일관된 디자인을 통합하는 것을 제안한다. 스킨의 구축적 방법은 날실과 씨실의 아날로그적 직조방식으로 수직 수평의 입체적으로 결합하여 구축한 켜를 통해 입면을 구현한다. 질감과 깊이감을 가지는 입면의 매트릭스는 시대의 변화에 민감한 유행적 패턴이 아니라 가장 기본적이면서 본질적인 입면을 제안한다. 또한 층간의 경계를 벗어버리는 진보적인 그리드를 기본으로 한다. 무한히 확장되면서 무수히 연계되는 다양한 분야의 비즈니스환경을 적극 수용하고 관계하는 세상을 향해 펼쳐지고 '진화하는 그물'과 같다.
