It was an open architectural place which accommodates changing culture and welfare at the same time.
It is a dynamic public facility in Seongdong-gu, proposing an architecture that concentrates urban structures that provide vertical, horizontal, and three-dimensional plazas inside the building.
문화의 숲으로 변화하는시민들의 문화와 복지를 동시에 수용하는 열린 건축의 장이다. 건물 내부에서 수직적, 수평적, 3차원적 광장을 제공하는 도시구조를 집약하는 건축을 제안하며 성동구의 역동적인 공공시설로 자리잡고 있다.
