If new construction is performed, the floor area will be reduced to a maximum of 250%. With the reinforced concrete structure, it is sufficiently renewable with minimal reinforcement. It is possible to obtain the expansion of the exterior of the building and the reduction of construction costs through the parking tower plan of a separate building rather than the development of an underground space to secure a parking lot. As a result of the analysis, through various analysis such as construction cost, reduction of construction period, area maintenance, etc., building regeneration is much more beneficial than new construction, and regeneration is the place where it is competitive.
Futurism grid
Dream of a future grid with a new format of dynamic senses.
It tried to capture the futuristic sensibility where brightness, warm vitality, and power are felt in the old and insensitive architecture. Existing architecture is a box-type building surrounded by exterior tiles. Looking at the building, it was found that elements that are unique in design value and that are actively used for regeneration protrude as the mass of the lower, middle, and upper floors gradually changes. Appearances with different depths work subtly and have developed into basic elements that create dynamics in the architectural appearance. Mi-dong Electronics has the corporate spirit of 'change and innovation'. The corporate ideology and architectural design principles that are continuously growing through constant change and innovation are the same. The future grid develops into a three-dimensional grid that can contain and deliver a differentiated sense from change, not a simple grid of general vertical and horizontal in the city. The future grid operates not only in the appearance of architecture, but also in the internal and external spaces, and rooftop spaces. In addition, the rooftop garden actively contains differentiated outdoor activities such as nature, events, and rest in the dynamic level of the city. Beyond the limit of simply regenerating the outside, the size, depth, repetition, and integration were adjusted with a rational sense in the internal and external relationship and the solid-void relationship to create a bright and unique future microelectronic office building in an achromatic city.
강남에 위치한 대지와 건축의 물리적 환경검토에서 설계가 시작된다. 지금 현재 용적율이 285.70%이다. 신축을 한다면 최대 250%로 연면적이 축소된다. 철근콘크리드구조로 최소의 보강으로 충분히 재생 가능하다. 주차장확보를 위한 지하공간개발보다는 별동의 주차타워계획을 통해 건축외형의 확장과 공사비절감을 획득할 수 있다. 분석결과 건축시공비용, 공사기간축소, 면적유지, 등 다양한 분석을 통해 신축보다는 건물재생이 훨씬 이득이며, 재생이 경쟁력을 발휘하는 장소이며 건축이다.
미래주의 그리드를 입히다
동적인 감각의 새로운 형식으로 미래적인 그리드를 꿈꾸다.
오래된 무미한 감성의 건축에서 밝음과 따뜻한 생기와 힘이 느껴지는 미래적 감성을 담으려 했다. 기존건축은 외장타일로 둘러싼 박스형건물이다 건물을 살펴보면서 디자인가치로 독특하고 재생에 적극 이용할 요소가 저층부, 중층부, 상층부의 매스가 조금씩 변화되면서 돌출되어 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 서로 다른 깊이를 가진 외형은 미묘하게 작동하여 건축외관에 다이나믹함을 생성시키는 기본적 요소로 발전되었다. 미동전자는 ‘변화와 혁신’이라는 기업정신을 가진다. 끊임없는 변화와 혁신을 통해 지속적으로 성장하는 기업이념과 건축디자인 원리는 같이한다. 미래적 그리드는 도시의 일반적 수직,수평의 단순 격자형이 아닌 변화와 차별화된 감각을 내포하고 전달 할 수 있는 입체적 그리드로 발전한다. 미래적 그리드는 건축의 외형 뿐 아니라 내,외부공간, 옥상공간등에 연계적으로 작동하고 있다. 또한 옥상정원은 도시속 다이나믹한 레벨속에 자연, 이벤트, 휴식등 차별화된 야외활동을 적극 담고 있다. 단순히 외부만을 재생시키는 한계에서 벗어나서 내외부의 관계, 솔리드와 보이드의 관계속에서 크기, 깊이, 반복, 통합등을 합리적 감각으로 조정하여 무채색의 도시에서 밝고 유니크한 미래적 미동전자 사옥을 만들었다.
