Located in the southeast of Naju Bitgaram Innovation City, the Korea Energy and Technology University is likely to expand in the future due to the creation of an industry-academic cluster site on the east side. In addition, it has the potential to become a research complex on the south side of the land, a residential complex on the northwest side, and Songnimje on the east side. As the farmland decreases due to the development of an innovative city and industrialization, it is time to convert Songnimje into a new lake park for Naju citizens. The Korea Institute of Energy and Technology leads the natural landscape shared with citizens.
나주 빛가람 혁신도시의 동남측에 위치한 한국에너지공과대학교는 동측에 산학연 클러스터 부지의 조성으로 향후 확장 가능성이 있다. 또한 대지 남측으로도 연구단지로의 가능성을 지니며 북서측으로는 주거단지, 동측으로는 송림제가 위치하고 있다. 혁신도시 발전과 산업화에 따른 농지가 축소에 따라 송림제는 나주 시민을 위한 새로운 호수 공원으로의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 한국에너지 공과대학교는 시민과 함께 나누는 자연경관을 선도적으로 만들어간다.
