It constitutes a cultural cluster like a park where diverse encounters and experiences are possible in a space that anyone can enter anytime, with multi-directionality. The concpet of a museum not being a museum and a library not being a library needs to be expanded in parks to form a new type of urban structure. The newly created cultrual cluster at the boundary of the park must be open in various directions and should be a park as an open public space that responds to the chages of a refined urban city.
누구라도 언제든지 들릴 수 있는 다방향성의 공간으로 다양한 만남과 체험이 가능한 공원과 같은 문화 클러스터를 구성한다. 박물관 아닌 박물관이며 도서관 아닌 개념을 공원에 확장시켜 새로운 유형의 도시구조를 형성할 필요가 있다. 공원의 경계에 새롭게 만들어진 문화클러스터는 다양한 방향으로 열려져 검단신도시의 변화에 대응하는 열린 공공의 공간으로서의 공원이어야한다.
