The shape of the site is converted to an abstract skin consisted of a triangular pattern. Like Christo's work, we used methods like in a series of land art like in which the existing building was covered with a new membrane and newly born. A crumpled white membrane is converted into geometric architectural vocabulary to complete space inside a.nd outside like a crystal It becomes the landscape and a land mark as a light mountain. The frame of the site rising along the slope accommodates festivals and events, and acts as a double membrane inside and outside to form a space for an intermediate medium that controls the landscape and environment.
기존의 더힐 아파트단지와는 확연하게 구분되는 별종의 아웃라이어(outlier)와 같은 존재이며 대지의 형상을 삼각형의 조합으로 이루어진 추상적인 스킨으로 변환시킨다. 크리스토의 작업과 같이 기존의 건물을 새로운 막으로 덮어내고 새롭게 탄생시키는 일련의 대지예술과 같은 방식을 개입하였다. 쭈굴쭈굴한 흰색막을 기하학적인 건축어휘로 변환시켜 크리스탈과 같은 공간을 내외부에 완성한다. 랜드스케이프이며 빛의 산으로서의 랜드마크가 된다. 경사를 따라서 올라가는 대지의 프래임은 축제와 이벤트를 수용하는 다양한 프로그램의 장치이며 내외부의 이중막으로 작용하여 풍경과 환경을 제어하는 중간 매개체의 공간을 구성한다.
