체인지업그라운드는 포스코의 더불어 함께 발전하는 기업정신을 담아내는 소통의 공간이기도 하다. 미래를 밝게 비추고 새로운 세상을 향한 젊은 창업인들을 위한 등대와 같은 건축이어야 한다. 창업지원센터는 미지의 우주를 향해 항해를 떠나는 거대한 우주선과 같은 공간이다. 철로 이루어진 거대한 매스를 마치 떠있는 건축으로 구현함으로서 미래에 대해 비상하는 건축적 이미지를 구현하였다.
