We propose a spatial platform stacked like an artificial terrain that can contain various programs. We propose a three-dimensional platform that shares and merges programs of 50 Plus, start-up centers, non-profit organizations, and housing support across each other while maintaining independence. The platform contains a sense of citizenship that people, programs, and methods want to change by themselves.

It is a cross-section that considers independence and connection while planning a rational spatial composition for each layer for each program. A generation-sharing zone is planned at the center of the cross-section to maximize sharing and communication. In addition, the natural internal and external terraces according to the changes in overlapping and stacked mass are proposed as creative terraces shared between each program.

다양한 프로그램들을 담을 수 있는 인공의 지형과 같이 쌓아올린 공간플랫폼을 제안한다. 50플러스, 창업센터, 비영리단체, 주거지원의 프로그램을 독립성을 유지하면서도 서로간에 넘나들며 공유, 융합되는 입체적 플랫폼을 제안한다. 플랫폼은 사람, 프로그램, 방법들이 스스로 참여하여 변화시키고자 하는 시민의식을 담는다.

각각의 프로그램에 대한 층별 합리적인 공간구성을 계획함과 동시에 독립성과 연계성을 고려한 단면이다. 단면의 중심에는 세대공유존을 계획하여 공유와 소통의 극대화한다. 또한 중첩되고 쌓여진 매스의 변화에 따른 자연스러운 내외부 테라스들은 각각의 프로그램들 사이사이에 공유하는 창의적 테라스로 제안한다.
