There is a need to construct a huge network of various programs and research, education, and life that make up the campus. The campus network is a framework that provides a space for publicity that responds to school facilities and surrounding social needs. As a setting for actively establishing relationships, we propose <Plate Landscape Plaza as Public Space as a campus network>.

The entire given land is interpreted as Plaza as Public Space. The concept of Universal Design is applied in consideration of the entrance line and the multipurpose functional square opened toward the farming hall. Starting with the square of the landscape that passes through the land, the research lecture function of the consent of the law school and general lecture is devoted to the mass, and the sports facility is devoted as a periodic function in the lower part of the square to provide an environmental landscape as well as separation of functions.캠퍼스를 구성하는 다양한 프로그램 및 연구, 교육, 생활 등의 거대한 네트워크를 구성하는 필요가 요구된다.  캠퍼스네트워크는 학교시설과 주변 사회적 요청과 대응하는 공공성의 공간을 제공하는 하나의 틀이다.    관계들을 적극적으로 맺어주기 위한 하나의 설정으로 <캠퍼스네트워크로서의 광장 Landscape Plaza as Public Space>을 제안한다.

주어진 대지전체를 공공성의 광장(Plaza as Public Space)으로 해석한다.  진입동선과 영농관 쪽으로 열려진 다목적 기능의 광장을 배려하여 시립대 학생들의 활동과 지역주민들의 이벤트를 수용하는 유니버설디자인(Universal Design)의 개념을 적용한다.  대지를 관통하는 랜드스케이프의 광장을 기점으로 선형에 매스에는 법학관과 종합강의 동의 연구 강의 기능을 할애하고 광장하부에는 체육시설을 주기능으로 할애하여 기능간의 분리와 함께 환경적인 랜드스케이프를 제공한다.
