It is time for reflection and reflection on the existing residential environment where various personal life and community exchanges have disappeared and only fragmented closedness exists. We intend to propose an existing single-family housing complex consisting of a uniform housing type, a private residence disconnected from the neighborhood, and a closed external space as a village through consideration and understanding of each other. Instead of a private house surrounded by walls, we intend to construct a new residential complex that shares the device of a new community opened as a village that communicates and cares for each other.

다양한 개인적 삶과 공동체적 교류가 사라지고 파편화된 폐쇄성만이 존재하는 기존 주거환경에 대한 성찰과 반성이 필요한 시기가 되었다. 획일적인 주거형식, 이웃과의 단절된 개인주거, 폐쇄적인 외부공간으로 이루어진 기존의 단독 주택 단지를 서로의 배려와 이해를 통해 공동체로서의 마을로 제안하려 한다. 담으로 둘러싸여진 개인적 주택을 대신하여, 서로 소통하고 배려하는 마을로 열려진 새로운 커뮤니티의 장치를 공유하는 새로운 주거형식의 단지를 구성하려 한다.
