Currently, there are numerous large and small offices and collaborative spaces in Gangnam-gu. We tried to create a building that could have a good impact on users by differentiating it from these buildings. Focusing on the lack of "cultural" facilities in Gangnam-gu and the location of various people gathering here, we deeply agonized over constructing the space by deriving the keyword "taste." Bamboo Tower is a share office where the tenant's office (Work Space) and various convenience and cultural facilities coexist as a result of this concern.
A collaboration space, an open office for individuals and companies, is a space for collaboration and exchange where they share offices and freely share information, technology, and ideas and work together. It includes a vertically expanded seminar space, a multi-purpose space that can change according to needs, a resting space that helps natural lighting and ventilation, and a transition space between restaurants and collaboration spaces.
현재 강남구에는 크고 작은 수많은 사무실과 협업 공간(Co-working Spcae)이 존재한다. 우리는 이러한 건물들과는 차별화해, 이용자에게 좋은 영향을 줄 수 있는 건물을 만들고자 하였다. 강남구 내 ‘문화’시설이 부족하다는 점과 또한 이곳에 다양한 사람들이 모인다는 장소성에 주목하여 ‘취향’이라는 키워드를 도출하여 공간을 구성하는데 깊은 고민을 했다. 밤부타워는 이 같은 고민의 결과물로써, 입주자 사무실(Work Space)과 다양한 편의, 문화시설(Bamboo Collection)이 공존하는 쉐어오피스이다.
개인과 기업들을 위한 개방형 사무실인 협업 공간은 사무실을 공유하며 자유롭게 정보, 기술, 아이디어 등을 나누며 함께 일하는 협업, 교류의 공간이다. 수직적으로 확장된 세미나 공간, 요구(Needs)에 따라 변화 가능한 다목적 공간, 자연채광 및 환기를 돕는 휴식공간이자 레스토랑과 협업 공간의 전이공간 등을 포함한다.
