In addition, it was designed as a low-carbon energy-saving building by applying the government's policies, the standards of the first-class mandatory energy efficiency system for public buildings and new and renewable energy.
전용공간과 공용공간의 명확한 구분으로 효율적인 업무공간 제공하며 근접해 있는 자연을 건물로 유입시켜 쾌적한 업무환경을 제공한다. 그리고 정부시책인 공공청사 건물에너지효율 1등급 의무화 제도 기준 및 신재생에너지를 적용하여 저탄소 에너지절약형 건축물로 설계했다.
